Lisa James and The Environmental Advisory Group have provided to the hospitals of Grey Bruce Health Services Environmental waste audits for 3 of our hospital sites over the past year. During this time we have found the service from Lisa James and her team to be dependable and very responsive to our needs, and the recommendations provided to us to be useful and practical. The onsite staff from EAG that we dealt with regularly was be prompt, courteous and professional. Brad Fedyk Lisa James of the Environmental Advisory Group (EAG) has performed annual waste and recycling audits for Janssen-Ortho Inc. (formerly Ortho-McNeil Inc.) for about 10 years. We have sustained a working relationship with EAG as our business evolved. EAG demonstrated their versatility and rolled with our changes as we shifted from a manufacturing facility to a sales & marketing head office facility. Lisa has developed a well established and efficient process to measure and gather our waste performance data. Her reports have always been thorough and produced in a timely manner. Our performance metrics along with Lisa's observations and recommendations have been critical to the the success of our environmental management program. With Lisa's assistance we are proud to have a strong recycling system and industry leading waste diversion rates. Larry Tsao I have been professionally acquainted with EAG for over ten years. Recently, the Environmental Advisory Group assisted Purolator Courier with some specific "Greening" initiatives that helped us to clarify our internal operations and infrastructure in this regard. Anne Mitchell The Environmental Advisory Group has lasted as long as it has, and is as successful as it is because of Lisa James. Lisa's charisma can inspire anyone to forego their former habits and start caring more about the environment in every aspect whether it be with pharmaceutical products or waste in general. In the past year that I have been her Web Designer, I have learned so much and she has taken a lot of time to share what she does with me. This especially was reflected when she agreed to be inteviewed by phone for a radio show where I also work. The Environmental Advisory Group should be an inspiration to us all. This thorough audit, conducted independently by Ms. James, coupled with her sage advice ensured that we were offering a safe, secure and effective alternative to the market.
